Saturday, October 3 — HarvestFest at 6B, garden tour
6B Garden — Annual HarvestFest
- 2pm — Sixth Street & Avenue B Community Garden’s annual HarvestFest. A day of music, BBQ and friendship, with raffle prizes and The BioBus mobile science lab. Grab a bag of compost to take home from the LESEC. Rain date: Sunday, October 4.

El Sol Brillante Garden
- 3–4:30pm — Climate Innovation & Community Garden Tours: Sustainability in Community Gardens with Magali Regis, architect. Tour starts at El Sol Brillante Garden, 522 East 12th Street. A mile-long walking tour; heavy rain cancels. Please RSVP.
Note: 11BC Serenity Garden and Creative Little Garden have both cancelled their rescheduled programming for this weekend.
Sunday, October 4 — Eight gardens: music, Kids Day, performance, garden tour
Green Oasis
- 12–2pm — Renegade Brunch. Torch songs with laundry, bagels and coffee, featuring Elizabeth Soychak, Mary Foster Conklin, Beat Kaestli, John DiPinto, Barefoot Roger and Mick Hilgers.
- 2pm — Hellhounds, Hill Country blues with John King and Mark Howell
- 3pm — Matthieu Eveillard, French ballads
- 4pm — Susan McKeown and Kyle Sanna
- 5pm — Sparrow and The Truffles
- 6pm — Villa Delirium. Five-piece ensemble with an ethereal sound inspired by eerie traditional folk songs, with Tine Kindermann, John Kruth, Kenny Margolis, Steve Bear and Premik Russell Tubbs.
- 7pm — Rutherford Jones & the BQE
- 8pm — Ray Santiago, Afro-Cuban jazz


El Jardin del Paraiso — Kids Day
- 1pm — Czechoslovak-American Marionette Theatre
- 2pm — Coach Rocco George
- 3pm — Sayma Karim, Bengali puppets
- 4pm — Son Pecadores, music and dance
- 5pm — The Animals’ Lawsuit Against Humanity. A staged reading of an adapted 10th-century Sufi play, a multicultural fable in which eloquent members of the animal kingdom complain of their treatment at the hands of humankind.

- 1–3pm — Los Fascinantes. 703 East 9th Street at Avenue C.

- 3–4pm — Mudbird 3: birth, death, renewal, mother and son. Performance by Theresa and Sparrow Byrnes with Leia Martin and Susan Hwang. East 9th Street at Avenue C.

- 5pm — Ben Stapp, a singular voice as both tubist and composer
- 6pm — Ras Moshe, saxophonist, composer and educator from a family of jazz musicians

- 7pm — Dick Griffin. Master trombonist, playing the style he calls circularphonics, inspired by his mentor Rahsaan Roland Kirk.

A salsa block party co-hosted with Peasant, Lovely Day, Caffe Paradiso, Brain Dead, & Dante Elizabeth.
