Use this form if your community garden (located in the Lower East Side or East Village) is not listed in the LUNGS Gardens List.
If your community garden is listed, but the garden information needs updating, either click here to get your private link (correct email is required), or contact us.

Garden Information Main details about this community garden
Garden Name*	Community Garden's full name
Garden Address	Garden's full address (example: 500 E 10th St New York NY 10009)
Cross Streets	Examples: "12th St & Ave B southwest corner," "Between 12th & 13th Streets"
Garden by Street	Enter the Street name only that the garden is on or nearby. Examples: "8th Street", or "Stanton Street"; if address is 200 Ave B, then enter "12th Street". If you are not sure, enter the nearest street, and we can revise if necessary.
Garden Type	Select "Private Garden (PRI) - Land Trust" if via Trust for Public Land (TPL) before 1999 and TPL not involved beyond designation.
Garden Established	Year the community garden was established.
Photo	Upload a photo, logo or icon of the garden. Either 200 KB maximum size, or 300 pixels maximum width or height.
Garden Communications Garden contact info.: email, website, social media, etc.
Garden Email*	The garden's main email address (such as, info@gardenwebsite.org). See the Help Text for Email under Garden Contact Person below.
Garden Website	The URL must start with "http://" or "https://" (if not sure, in a new browser window, go to the website and copy-paste the URL). The Link Text can be a shortened version of your website (such as gardenname.org) or leave it blank and the URL will be the Link Text.
Facebook	Copy-paste the full URL including "https://". The Link Text can be without the "https://".
Instagram	Copy-paste the full URL including "https://". The Link Text can be without the "https://".
Twitter	Copy-paste the full URL including "https://". The Link Text can be without the "https://".
